In order to secure funds to pay for trophies and club expenses we ask each 4H goat club family
to get one sponsor in the amount of $30.00 each year. St. Joseph County 4H Goat Club is a non for profit organization and all contributions are tax deductible. Please complete this Sponsor form with your check and bring to a county meeting or mail to: Deb Horvath, Goat Club Treasurer, 68810 Oak Rd., Lakeville, IN 46536 or Liz Nowaczewski, Goat Club Secretary, 25285 Grant Rd., South Bend, IN 46619.
